Standard channels

They are used to collect water from the surface of the floor and drain it into the sewage system. Drainages of this type are used in food (breweries, dairies, abattoirs) and chemical industries.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Standard channels are manufactured in a wide range of dimensions and shapes. They are produced according to a drawing prepared as a result of cooperation between an investor, a designer or a technologist and ATT engineers. By standard, we use sheet metal of 2 [mm] thickness made of AISI304 or AISI316 grade steel for production. The drains have built-in bottom slope, which by standard is 1%. There is a possibility to adapt the size of the slope to a specific project. Each channel is equipped with leveling feet and anchoring elements. They allow correct levelling of the drainage and its settling in concrete.

Material
- stainless steel AISI304/316 (1.4301/1.4404)
Dimensions
- the channel is defined by its external width (S150, S200 ....)
- when determining parameters (except for its determination) should be given type and size of the slope and a drawing of the channel course in the plan
Options
- load classes: A15, B125, C250, D400,
- grates: mesh (a/s), ladder (a/s, hygienic), plate, perforated
Product use
- in environments where a large amount of liquid is drained from the floor, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and product durability
